Sharepoint 2013 workflow canceled

there are some very basic mistakes:

1. don't run workflow with system Account
2. Check that user is in UPS
3.  when design workflow if you assign task to single user uncheck (assign a task to each member within group)
4. 

SharePoint 2016

Issue

I have Faced the Crash the SharePoint server 2016 last day. During trouble shouting, I found that I have installed MS Project Manager on My machine. Due to this timer service of SharePoint was stopped.

Solution

I run the SharePoint Setup again and repair my SharePoint 2016 and the problem solved for me.
